Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of data associated with a connected social account by following the steps below.

Disconnect platform access

First, revoke Virtual Creator Studio access in the connected platform's settings when available. For example, use the app access or security settings provided by TikTok, Meta, Google, or YouTube.

Request deletion from Virtual Creator Studio

Email support@virtualcreatorstudio.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the platform, connected username or account ID, and a contact email we can use to verify the request.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize related OAuth tokens, connected account identifiers, publishing records, upload logs, generated media records, stored media, prompts, provider job IDs, and support records unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, platform compliance, or law.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups, security logs, or platform-side records may remain for a limited period according to the relevant provider's policies.
