Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Virtual Creator Studio, a workflow for preparing, organizing, uploading, and publishing creator content to connected social accounts.
Use of the service
You may use the service only with accounts and content that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, schedule, or approve through the service.
Platform rules
Connected platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube have their own terms, developer policies, community guidelines, music rules, advertising rules, and API limits. Your use of this service must comply with those rules.
Content rights
You must have the rights needed for videos, images, likenesses, voices, music, captions, trademarks, and other materials used in your content. You are responsible for required disclosures, including paid partnerships, affiliate relationships, synthetic media labels, and other notices required by law or platform policy.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to impersonate others, mislead audiences about material facts, infringe intellectual property, publish unlawful or harmful content, evade platform enforcement, automate spam, scrape platforms, or generate deceptive political, health, financial, or safety-related claims.
AI-generated and virtual creator content
Some accounts may use realistic AI-generated or edited avatar media. You are responsible for labeling synthetic content where required and avoiding content that falsely represents a real person, event, or endorsement.
Publishing availability
The service depends on third-party platform APIs and review status. Uploads and posts may fail, be delayed, be limited to drafts, be made private, or be removed by a platform. We do not guarantee that a post will be accepted, distributed, monetized, or remain available.
Changes and suspension
We may change, restrict, or suspend access to the service when needed for security, legal compliance, platform policy compliance, abuse prevention, or maintenance.
